Please read the house rules and Cancellation Policies, we appreciate your understanding!

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
--- No Parties or events. Max guests staying in the cabin is 4.
— Pets allowed. The pet fee of $40 per trip are not included in the room rate, guests will pay separately for the pet fee. (We love hosting animals, the pet fee is for the extra sanitizing and cleaning compare to regular cleaning).
--- Quiet hours after 10 pm.
--- Respect the property boundary. Transpassing is against the law. Please do not go further if you see a fence and or a yellow poster sign.
--- No smoking inside, you're welcome to smoke on the deck or anywhere outside. Please do NOT dispose of any trash on the ground, we will have to charge an extra cleaning fee if trash is scattered around the cabin.
--- No vaping inside.
--- No bath gel or any foreign products in the hot tub, an extra fee may be charged if the hot tub requires additional cleaning due to foreign products.
Check In at 3pm and Check Out at 11am.
